杨燕初，男，研究员，博士生导师。本科毕业于北京航空航天大学飞行器设计与应用力学系，硕士毕业于中国科学院空间科学与应用研究中心，博士毕业于中国科学院光电研究院。现任中国科学院空天信息创新研究院十部主任，中国科学院大学岗位教授，航空宇航学院临空飞行器教研室主任。

    主要研究方向为飞行器设计，工程力学，多学科优化设计，结构设计CAD/CAE。负责设计并研制了多型飞行器及浮空器。先后承担了国家高分辨率对地观测专项、中科院先导专项、国家重点研发计划等项目，发表论文60余篇，申请专利20余项，编制国军标及专项标准10余项。
